About Dotan Negrin

Born in 1986 in New York City.

Has been involved in Music and performance from a very young age.

2000-2004: Studied Theater at BOCES Cultural Arts Center and Jericho High School in Long Island

2004: Began college at the University of the Arts studying Theater.

2005: Fell in love with Jazz music and began messing with the piano by ear.

2006: Studied Sanfred Meisner Technique. Wanted to drop out of school, but decided to stick it out

2007: Studied a Semester at National Theater Institute (one of the greatest moments in my life)

2008: Graduated from University of the Arts with a BFA in Theater

2009: Was a struggling actor in NYC doing many small theater pieces off off Broadway.

2010: Traveled extensively to Dominican Republic, Thailand, and Jamaica

2011: Traveled for 6 months and 25,000 miles Across America with his upright Piano: PianoAcrossAmerica.com

2012: Attempting to live an Extraordinary life as an Artist while traveling the world and sustaining a decent living.
